When we'll refund you.

BucketMarket delivers competitor Google Ads audits as one-off digital reports. Each audit triggers real API spend on Google Ads, DataForSEO, and other paid third parties on your behalf, so once we've started processing your order we can't undo the work.

The short version

• ✓ Full refund if we find zero confirmed paid placements. If our SERP scan finds no keywords your competitor is actively bidding on in the location you selected, we'll refund the audit price in full. We still deliver the report (so you can see the negative result and the methodology), but you don't pay for an audit that delivers no signal.
• × Otherwise audits are final once delivered. We don't issue refunds for change of mind, for findings you didn't expect, or for additional locations purchased but not used. If something is technically wrong with the report — corrupted file, broken download link, wrong target domain — email us and we'll re-deliver at no charge.

Eligibility for the zero-placements refund

We confirm zero placements when the report shows 0 confirmed paid keywords across all of your selected locations after the full pipeline has completed. Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery, reference your audit ID, and we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

EU & UK consumers

BucketMarket audits are digital services delivered on demand. By completing checkout and confirming the on-screen acknowledgement, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the audit and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalents) is waived once delivery begins. This waiver does not affect your right to the zero-placements refund above, which applies in all jurisdictions.

Chargebacks

We'd rather you email us first. If you have a problem with your audit, contact [email protected] and we'll work to make it right. Initiating a chargeback before talking to us delays resolution and costs both sides time.
